The Great Commission, Matthew 28:
18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in[a] the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. St. Peter has an active group of women who dedicate time and energy to make quilts for world relief efforts. They also make a few quilts to raffle at the annual Chili Supper in November. The raffle helps to defray some of their expenses and to raise money for other charitable endeavors. The group meets at the Education Building on most Thursdays at 10 a.m. They break for lunch and Bible Study before continuing their work and fellowship until about 2 p.m.
